Here are Terms & Conditions
1. Booking amount is not refundable in any condition.
बुकिंग राशि कोई भी स्थिति में वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
2. No booking will be considered final without a booking amount deposit.
बुकिंग राशि के बिना कोई भी बुकिंग अंतिम नहीं मानी जाएगी।
3. Company holds the right to cancel any booking in case the advance amount is not received.
अग्रिम राशि नहीं मिलने की स्थिति में कंपनी के पास किसी भी बुकिंग को रद्द करने का अधिकार होगा।
4. Deposit should be made in the company’s bank account.
जमा राशि कंपनी के बैंक खाते में की जानी चाहिए।
5. Clients must confirm the event venue, date, and time during the booking. Any change in the plan must be informed to Wedding Reels before 20 days of the event. The company is not responsible for any sudden change in plan.
ग्राहकों को बुकिंग के दौरान कार्यक्रम के स्थान, तिथि और समय की पुष्टि करनी चाहिए। यदि कोई योजना में कोई बदलाव होता है, तो उसे कार्यक्रम के 20 दिन पहले वेडिंग रील्स को सूचित किया जाना चाहिए। कंपनी किसी भी अनियंत्रित योजना के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।
6. 7678868867 is the official mode of communication with the company, any other mode of communication with management or photographer will not be considered official and not subject to any legal scrutiny.
7678868867 आधिकारिक संपर्क का माध्यम है, कंपनी से अन्य किसी भी प्रबंधन या फोटोग्राफर के संपर्क का कोई आधिकारिक मान्यता नहीं होगी और किसी भी कानूनी जांच के लिए अवैध होगी।
7. Team will attend the event on the mutually agreed booking venue and time only. We request our client to meet the team, introduce his family and cooperate with photographers for a better result.
हमारी टीम केवल समझौते के अनुसार बुक की गई वेन्यू और समय पर आपकी आयोजन में उपस्थित होगी। हमारी ग्राहकों से अनुरोध है कि वे टीम से मिलें, अपने परिवार को परिचय कराएं और फोटोग्राफरों के साथ सहयोग करें ताकि बेहतर परिणाम हासिल हो सकें।
8. Wedding Reels will share JPG images for album selection. RAW files will be shared on 100% Payment only.
वेडिंग रील्स एल्बम के लिए जेपीजी छवियों को साझा करेगा। RAW फाइलें केवल 100% भुगतान पर ही साझा की जाएंगी।
9. Wedding Reels holds no responsibility for the data after 60 days of the event.
During this time we ensure 100% delivery of the contracted product and services to the client.
Company holds no responsibility for the delay caused by the customer.
वेडिंग रील्स के लिए कस्टमर की जिम्मेदारी केवल इवेंट के 60 दिनों तक की होती है। इस समय तक हम अपने कंट्रैक्ट की गई प्रोडक्ट और सेवाओं के 100% डिलीवरी सुनिश्चित करते हैं। कंपनी कस्टमर द्वारा देरी के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होती।
10. In case a customer requests HD data, storage handling and data charges at the rate of Rs. 90 / GB will be charged. This charge includes USB Storage / Cloud storage for a limited time.
यदि कोई ग्राहक HD डेटा का अनुरोध करता है, तो उसे जीबी प्रति 90 रुपये की दर पर संग्रहण संबंधी शुल्क देने होंगे। यह शुल्क सीमित समय के लिए यूएसबी स्टोरेज / क्लाउड स्टोरेज को शामिल करता है।
11. Any misbehave from the client side will be strictly discouraged and subject of legal action, Client will bear the cost of injury, damage of the equipment and legal fee.
कोई भी ग्राहक की ओर से किए गए अवज्ञापूर्ण आचरण को सख्ती से नामंजूर किया जाएगा और कानूनी कार्रवाई के अधीन होगा, ग्राहक को यह खर्च उठाने होंगे – उपकरण के क्षति या नुकसान, और कानूनी शुल्क।
12. All disputes are subject to Varanasi jurisdiction.
सभी विवाद वाराणसी न्यायालय के अधीन होंगे।
13. Boating is completely dependent on the current situation or government protocols.
नाव की सवारी पूरी तरह से वर्तमान स्थिति या सरकारी प्रोटोकॉल पर निर्भर करता है ।
14. Wedding Reels’ gives Rs. 15,000 as discount to the customer in exchange of rights to share content digitally on its social media profiles. In case customer is not willing WR to share their content on Wedding Reels’ social media, customer can anytime pay Rs. 15,000 + 6% GST fee and withdraw their content from Wedding Reels’ social media profiles.
वेडिंग रील्स अपने सोशल मीडिया प्रोफाइल पर डिजिटल रूप से सामग्री साझा करने के अधिकारों के बदले में ग्राहक को 15,000 रुपये की छूट देता है। यदि ग्राहक वेडिंग रील्स द्वारा वेडिंग रील्स के सोशल मीडिया पर अपनी सामग्री साझा करने के लिए तैयार नहीं है, ये तो ग्राहक कभी भी रु. का भुगतान कर सकता है। 15,000 + 6% GST शुल्क और वेडिंग रील्स के सोशल मीडिया प्रोफाइल से उनकी सामग्री वापस ले लें।
15. A portfolio sharing discount is a promotional offer that photography or other creative professionals may offer to their clients. The concept is simple: if the client agrees to allow the photographer to use their photos for marketing purposes, such as sharing the photos on the photographer’s website or social media, the photographer may offer a discount on the cost of the service. This discount benefits both the photographer and the client, as the photographer gets to showcase their work to potential clients and the client gets a lower price for their photography services.
